Content Creator - Videographer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Videographer skilled in professional video editing and content creation, who also embodies MediaScher’s core values:

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit high-quality video and photo content.

• Create and edit iPhone content as needed.

• Coordinate closely with clients and the MediaScher team to understand their needs and deliver content that aligns with their goals.

• Work collaboratively with Social Media Coordinators, Managers, and the Creative Director to execute client projects.

• Take a leadership role on set, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment for clients and subjects.

• Maintain an exceptional client experience, delivering quality, expertise, and customer service that reflects a commitment to respecting and elevating clients’ brands.

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines; strong communication skills are essential.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to think creatively to solve challenges.

• Strong organizational skills for project and file management.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless client experiences.

• Dependability and reliability, especially for scheduled shoots critical to client and MediaScher success.

• Extensive experience in content editing with meticulous attention to detail.

• Creative vision to turn current trends into compelling content.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Advanced proficiency in both Videography & Photography, with a baseline proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, and/or Adobe Photoshop.

Availability Requirements:

• This role is flexible with hybrid options and doesn’t follow a traditional 9am-5pm schedule; evening or weekend work may occasionally be needed for deadlines and client needs.

• Typical hours are balanced, with project deadlines prioritized. Evening or weekend availability may be required for specific project launches or client deadlines.

• This position is ideal for someone seeking a dynamic role, not a traditional desk job.

• Travel is required for shoots, meetings, and in-person commitments.
